Our Vision

By practicing acceptance, fairness and doing one's best, there will come a time when no man, woman or child will have to witness hatred in any form. In essence, our children will grow up into adulthood with no experience of hatred but having been brought up with the purpose and principle of acceptance, fairness and doing one's best. It will be then that the word PEACE will become a reality in our homes and community.

Our Mission

To improve the quality of human life by enabling people to love one another, feel better and live longer in happy relationships. To challenge people in our neighbourhood, to acknowledge the revelation of God's love for them through Christ Jesus. Our love is not to be just words or mere talk but something real and active "John 3:16-18".

At Christ Global Church, our ethos is rooted in the unfailing love of God. We believe that love is the foundation of our faith and the driving force behind all that we do. Our church community is built on the principles of compassion, acceptance, and grace, reflecting the unconditional love that God has shown us.

In our church, we strive to create an inclusive and welcoming environment where all individuals, regardless of their background or circumstances, can feel loved and valued. We seek to extend God's love to every person who walks through our doors, embracing diversity and celebrating the unique gifts and talents that each individual brings.

Our ethos is centered around the teachings of Jesus Christ, who demonstrated love through his sacrificial life and ministry. We are committed to following his example by showing love to our congregation, our community, and the world at large. We believe that love is not just a sentiment, but an action. Therefore, we actively engage in acts of service, compassion, and justice, seeking to make a positive impact in the lives of those around us.

At Christ Global Church, we believe that love has the power to transform lives. Our History

Our Story

Christ Global Church was founded by Bishop W. A. Fapohunda in Nigeria in 1981. Bishop Fapohunda along with his wife Pastor Sarah Fapohunda started the church in their home along with their 3 children. The church grew so much that they were no longer able to hold services in their home anymore. They were led to begin building a dedicated place of worship which they started in 1983 and completed in 1985. The rest is history. The church grew till it had branches all over Nigeria.

In 1996 the Church in the UK was established under the leadership of Senior Pastor Charles Fapohunda. With a huge focus on the teaching of the love of God, Christ Global Church became known for its love and youthful vibrant atmosphere. The church grew despite many challenges.

Christ Global Church was becoming truly global with various branches in various countries.

On the 26th April 2020 the Bishop and Founder of Christ Global Church went to be with God leaving a growing and vibrant Church of God bringing many to Christ all over the world. Christ Global Church UK is continuing the vision and the mandate to reach the world with the love of God.
